Center for Poland-Japan Exchange - Travel Agency

Center for Poland-Japan Exchange is a travel and cultural projects' agency. Our agency was established on
1 February, 1995. It holds the licence of tour-operator nr 492.

Our agency specializes in incoming groups and individual tourists from abroad. So far we have mainly won over customers from Japan. But we also entertain customers from other countries like Germany or Hungary.

As a travel agency we are mainly interested in "cultural tourism" combining tourism and culture. So among our common customers are choirs, orchestras, brass bands, folk groups, artists and their associations representing various fields
of creativity.

For these customers we have been arranging concerts at such concert halls and places like: National Philharmonic Orchestra in Warsaw, Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra in Bratislava (the Slovak Republic), Janaček Philharmonic Orchestra in Ostrava (the Czech Republik), Silesia Philharmonic Orchestra in Katowice, Zabrze Philharmonic Orchestra in Zabrze, St Mary's Church in Cracow, St Anne's Church in Zabrze.

Center for Poland-Japan Exchange is also experienced in organizing exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures, workshops etc. Our exhibition were opened at many highly valued museums and art galleries, for example at: National Museum
in Gdańsk, "Zapiecek" Art Gallery in Warsaw, Centre of Japanese Art and Technology in Cracow, Museum of Archeology in Cracow, Jagiellonian University Museum, Collegium Maius in Cracow, Museum of Archeology in Wrocław, BWA - "Awangarda" Gallery in Wrocław. Museum of Opole Region in Opole, "Zamek" Art Center - "Profil" Gallery in Poznań, Municipal Art Gallery - "Chimera" Gallery in Łódź.

Every year Center for Poland-Japan Exchange is visited by many choirs from abroad.

In this field of cultural exchange our agency also offers joining foreign artists, musicians, choirs etc. with their Polish potential counterparts as well as arranging various joint events with the participation of two or more sides.

Thus our services being proffered foreign customers in Poland and neighbouring countries might be enumerated
as follows:

• organizing tours for groups and individual tourists,
• arranging and materializing concerts, exhibitions, demonstrations and other cultural events instructed by foreign artists, institutions, organizations etc.,
• assisting delegations and businessmen with accompanying, interpreting, consulting etc.,
• organizing tours and workshops for foreign lovers of the Polish folk dances,

We would like to point out that our agency is able to accomplish any of above mentioned services in comprehensive way including: working out of project and relevant tour itinerary, hotels, meals, transfers, sightseeing tours including admissions, guides and assistants, producing of cultural events...
